The ICT Research Institute, as the organizer of the 30th International Computer Conference of the Computer Society of Iran (CSICC), has made arrangements for holding workshops related to the conference themes in the winter of 1405 (2026–2027). Accordingly, all distinguished professors and experts are invited to carefully review this call and, if interested in organizing a specialized workshop, submit their proposals through the conference website.

• The conference workshops will be held on Saturday and Sunday, December 27–28, 2026.
• Most workshops will be held online.
• The deadline for registration and submission of the required documents is December 5, 2026. This deadline will not be extended.
• The required documents for submitting a workshop proposal are as follows:
  • Completed Workshop Proposal Form
  • Academic CV of the instructor(s) in Persian
  • A suitable personal photograph of the instructor(s) for inclusion in the workshop poster

• A number of workshops will be selected from among the proposals received, and their titles will be announced on the conference website. Workshops addressing emerging topics and the current needs of conference participants, as well as those aligned with the conference themes, will be given priority.

• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• The workshop must have a practical and educational nature and must not be conducted in the format of an academic seminar.
• Following the event, an official workshop certificate will be awarded to the workshop instructor(s).
• A maximum of two instructors may conduct each workshop.
• The permitted duration of each workshop is 2 to 5 hours.
• The right to publish and distribute the video recording of the workshop shall be exclusively reserved by the Conference Secretariat.
