The ICT Research Institute of Iran, as the organizer of the 30th International Computer Conference of the Computer Society of Iran (CSICC), to be held in December 2026, has made arrangements for hosting exhibitions related to the conference themes. Accordingly, all respected companies and professionals with expertise and experience in fields related to Computer Engineering, Smart Ecosystems, Emerging Computing Technologies, Secure Software Lifecycle, and related technologies are invited to carefully review this call and, if interested in participating, submit their applications through the conference website.
The conference exhibition booths will be open on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 29–30, 2026 (8–9 Dey 1405).
A variety of exhibition booths will be available in the main conference building, located at Campus No. 1 of the ICT Research Institute, adjacent to the conference halls.
Standard exhibition booths will consist of a 1.5-square-meter space arranged on a 90-cm-high table, with seating capacity for two exhibitors.
The rental fee for each standard booth, including standard services such as electricity, 24-hour security and maintenance, welfare facilities, ambient lighting, and lunch for two people, is IRR 100,000,000.
Participants are required to transport their equipment and materials to the venue and set up their booths one day prior to the conference. They must remove their equipment and vacate the venue one day after the conclusion of the conference.
The Conference and/or the ICT Research Institute shall bear no responsibility for the transportation, transfer, or handling of exhibitors’ equipment.
Participants are advised to bring, in addition to their manufactured or imported equipment, the necessary tools and facilities for presenting and introducing their products and services, including a computer, suitable monitors, and a single-phase electrical power adapter/connection.
To facilitate preparation, participants may visit the exhibition venue at the ICT Research Institute prior to the conference by submitting a written request. As part of the conference will be held online, applicants may also prepare suitable promotional content introducing their businesses, products, or services for participation in the online exhibition. This content will be made publicly accessible on the conference website throughout the conference.
The deadline for registration and submission of the required documents for exhibition participation is December 22, 2026 (1 Dey 1405). This deadline will not be extended.

Online exhibition booths will become active on the conference website upon receipt and approval by the conference organizers.
It is understood that exhibitions addressing emerging topics and the current needs of conference participants, as well as those aligned with the conference themes, will be given priority.
Please note that applications with incomplete documentation will not be considered.
